I called in the morning for flowers to be delivered that same day. The lady who answered didn't speak much English but soon passed the phone to someone who did. I was able to write my instructions using WhatsApp. This helped greatly as the recipients address was a villa with no street number (as is usually the case in Ibiza) so I sent a Google Map pin in addition to the address. The florist seemed extremely busy and communication was difficult at times. I was getting anxious that the job had been taken on but wouldn't follow through and it was too late to call anyone else. The order was processed a few hours later, flowers delivered the same day so no complaints. I'm always in favour of going straight to the local source rather than using those floral websites that source out the job and charge extortionate prices. I will be using this florist again if the need be. FYI delivery to San Rafael was 9euro
