I visited this shop when I was in Madrid in late November 2018. I was impressed by the fine numismatic selection of material on offer and in particular by the professional service rendered by the owner, Senora Dolores, who attended to me most graciously. I did in fact buy a exceptionally nice coin from her and if I were to find myself back in Madrid, I would head back to Filatelia Arias without hesitation. Well worth a repeat visit!

Filatelia Arias es una tienda familiar con un exquisito trato con el público, te ayudan, te aconsejan, te mandan el \material\ a cualquier parte del mapa, tienes un montón de formas a la hora de abonar el pedido. Llevo un montón de años comprando siempre en esta céntrica tienda y en calidad, precio no hay otra igual. Así es muy fácil llevar, con entusiasmo, la colección de sellos, porque cualquier problema te lo resuelven al momento. Como coleccionista le pongo un 10 porque no puedo ponerle un 11.
Una empresa seria y rigurosa. Sus envíos funcionan a la perfección y el trato con el cliente es excelente. En los últimos meses he realizado dos pedidos tanto de sellos como de material filatélico y la experiencia ha sido satisfactoria.
