Very poor, may be scam. I ordered something they supposedly had in stock. After paying, I was informed it was out of stock, which is not great, but happens sometimes. After more than 1 month, I'm still waiting for a refund, and no one responds to any contact or email. Don't buy here.

Very poor customer service. The staff who works there is totally fine but the woman who seems to be in charge there has zero communication skills and demonstrates her moody behaviour to the customers on every occasion. I am writing this review after my 4th visit there and I had been experiencing this situation EVERY time. I had to go there purely to return some items delivered by UPS and had really no argument with anyone, so I still have no idea what's wrong with her - perhaps it is the only way left to express the anger now that the majority of the places are closed and most of us are staying home. Whatever the reason is, it is very clear that now the customer experience/satisfaction is not important in that place anymore.

My order was meant to be here last week. I got an email saying it was shipped and would be with me on a specific date which it is not. Sent 2 emails regarding my missing order and had no reply from this company. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They sell you something promising delivery and then nothing. Very bad customer service, I would not buy from this company again.

It's like a fun circus to go to, I had a very good laugh with the owners while picking up my parcel. I do recommend : they are exceptional and speak French English and Spanish

It is always nice if I can pick up my parcel at Ferretería Bras, because the people are friendly and I can pick up my parcels after work at a location close to my house.
