Beware! This delivery company is totally unprofessional. I called several times to make a change in the delivery address which was never taken in to account. The package I sent ended up being delivered to a random person, at a totally different address, who fortunately displayed enough probity to contact me so it could be picked up. I won't mention the inability of the delivery guy to read names and/or addresses properly and whose only goal seems to get rid of his load by any means necessary, that is by delivering at random.

first of all it took them 2 weeks to make my 2 days delivery. I paid for everything in cash, but guess what they are threatening me that I never paid them. THIEVES

Was staying at home the whole day waiting for pickup. They never came, never called. trying to reschedule they cannot pick any other day than tomorrow. The system doesn't let schedule pickup for 2 days in advance! This is much worse than DHL or simple Amazon. I would rather use Correos that is cheaper but give the same services. Unacceptable for a private company,

Very bad service , always late , doesn’t speak English , people pay them for making delivery’s faster but actually the pain they give you and the time you spend on them doesn’t worth it , do not use this company (at least in Spain ) Regular post are much easier much simple and also economic recomend you do not use them!!! They are the worst I say that cause I had a package to get 2 days ago and every morning I call to check what’s going on and they tell me to send them permission of taxes and duties and passport copy which I have sent a week ago! Total disaster (TNT are the same) just use regular post office it’s much better and never delay!

Una vergüenza de servicio y de atención al cliente. En primer lugar no tienen un teléfono de atención al cliente gratuito, sino un 902. La única forma de ponerte en contacto con ellos es a través de un email. En segundo lugar, me llamaron para decirme qie tenía que abonar una cantidad de dinero en concepto aranceles aduaneros o de lo contrario no podían entregar el paquete. El pago podía hacerse en efectivo (no en tarjeta y con el dinero justo) al repartidor. Lo efectué de esa forma y me entregaron el paquete. Pasados los días recibo una carta comunicándome que debo de abonar los aranceles aduaneros o de lo contrario tomarán medidas contra mi. Esos aranceles ya fueron abonados y aún me los vuelven a reclamar. En fin, todavía esperando que se aclaren y reconozcan que ya fue pagada esta cantidad. Una vergüenza, desorganización e incertidumbre para con el cliente. Evítenlo si pueden.
