I contacted Family Fisio after suffering a dull pain in my wrist for over a month. Becky replied almost immediately, asking several questions to assess the severity of the injury. I decided to book an appointment and was seen very quickly. Becky examined my arm and knew immediately what was causing the pain. She explained it step by step, whilst treating the affected area. Not only did I leave with less pain, but I gained so much knowledge. I honestly can’t recommend Family Fisio enough! Thank you!

Becky is an experienced and knowledgeable physio. She takes a detailed history to build a full picture of what could be causing issues and takes a holistic approach, rather than only focusing on the area of pain. She ensures that you understand how to do any prescribed exercises properly and provides progressive, easy to follow plans. After unsuccessfully working with several physios on a hip problem, Becky was able to get me back to playing to sport pain-free. Highly recommended!

Helped me manage my knee replacement pain. It's really great to have someone who is direct and honest with what you need to be doing, and can push you to be better. I've noticed the tightness and aching has really calmed down. She also enjoys a good laugh and is easy to get along with - not like my other physios who have seemed just annoyed to be helping me.

Becky is a very experienced and effective physio who really listened to me as a patient. She asked in depth questions on pain, history of the injury, etc in addition to the physical assessment, and came up with a treatment plan that made sense for my lifestyle. Becky successfully transitioned me from not being able to walk without intense pain on crutches following a knee injury to now back to my normal activities a couple months later. I really appreciated her explanations on what was causing the pain and what muscles I needed to develop and why, to get back to normal. Her full explanations of the ‘why’ and ‘how’ really helped me to help myself get better, as opposed to simply being given a set of exercises without understanding why they should be done. Thank you Becky!!

Impresionante el trabajo de Becky. Mi madre pasó el Covid y estuvo muchos meses encamada y posteriormente inválida. Llegó en silla de ruedas y en 15 días la rehabilitó, y salió andando. Agenda las sesiones según necesidades y evolución del paciente. La recomiendo 100%
