I'm shocked on how close my experience was related to the previous 1 star review written here, it looks just like a movie script, we've booked a tour before not knowing the prices practiced by the shop were slightly cheaper, now we have an idea why, we were looking for the bus point and we saw the shop and some cool places that we wanted to try, so we went in to ask about the bus point and to grab some information on the other tours that we wanted to book with her. The story follows exactly the same, even the same words were used, we asked about the bus point shw said 'Did you book through me?' and the history follows, 'No, we have booked it online before arriving here', 'You're asking me for information, even though you didn't book through me, I'm not an information point'. After that we had enough and we just left after saying thank you, she tried to say something else but we were just rushing out there. Long history short, we went there to ask for one information about a bus point and to book two tours, we left shocked and ended here writing this one star review because we can't give it anything less than that. Don't loose your time.

Shame I can't give lower amount of stars cause this places deserves it. I'd have said -6 stars out of 5. The owner definitely needs to go and attend a customer services seminar, because their services are shocking, abysmal and to be blunt...downright rude and ignorant. Asked the owner about bus information for a local excursion that me and my family were attending and straight away was 'Did you book through me?' After saying 'No' and the 'lovely' (I used this term very very loosely) response from her was 'You're asking me for information, even though you didn't book through me, I'm not an information point' Common courtesy obviously wasn't taught when this 'excursions distributor' was brought up. Should avoid at all costs, not worth any hassle especially if you just want information.

Really bad experience! The woman was really rude saying that if I didn't book through her no chance of her give any information about the bus stop . The intention was to ask about the bus stop and then book more tours but no chance . Don’t waste your time !
