Crooks. They have had 1600 euros of mine for 3 months. Don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. AVOID. They are now being taken to court. Update. I received a full refund immediately after leaving this review. Make of this what you will. How long they would have continued to hold onto my money without me resorting to leaving negative reviews and legal threats is anyone’s guess. I placed an online order which they were not able to fulfil and was promised a refund that wasn’t forthcoming for numerous weeks despite regular unanswered requests by email and phone. Fortunately court action was not required.

Ordered a spare pool pump for delivery to the UK. It took a little longer to arrive than might have been ideal, but the UK carrier (Parcelforce) took a week to find us. Courteous service from Rolf at Europoolshop throughout and well priced. Will happily use again.

Update... full refund been issued bu the company. They were overwhelmed by orders received. Thank you for the contact DO NOT USE!!! ordered a pool, 1400 euros, no communication whatsoever from the company! will be setting up a fraud enquiry with my credit card!

95 Km round trip to visit a shop that no longer exists !!! I was advised that they are now only an online shop. The owner was in the old premises and I asked if they had pool lights and was told no - so this morning i went online to try to find another shop and Europools came up so I looked for lights and they were there and i was able to add to the basket !!! Should take down the Google ad which advises the times of opening and closing of a non existant shop.
