Interior: simple, tasty interior with just some minor (irrelevant) flaws: i would put one table less to keep it less cluttered and the toilet paper shouldn’t be so thin. The use of technology gives it interesting and modern touch. Service: very friendly and knowledgable. Smiling throughout. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Food: just absolutely amazing. Each dish was so flavourful and nicely presented. Couple of dishes were finished by the chef at the table which added to the experience. The menu was very heavy on fish, but we were very happy with that (also we knew about it before coming obviously). Wine: we chose the wine pairing and couldn’t be happier. Discovered some new wines with some unexpected flavours, tastes. Very good choice to each dish and it was plentiful. We felt that the value for money was excellent and can definitely recommend this experience.

Amazing food and attentive, friendly service! The staff was great at recommending dishes/wines when asked and had vast knowledge about Basque cuisine. As main dish we ordered a whole Besugo that served two people, perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend.
Very good experience for a competitive price (compared to what I believe it would cost somewhere else). We had the 14 plates course and each one was delightful and added something interesting to the lunch. A bit hard to finish though, but deserts were excellent and very light. Definitely an experience to try when in Bilbao.
Amazing experience! The use of technology gives an extra to the meal experience. Food is simply amazing! Basque cuisine with a modern twist. The Chef is a really nice guy! I'll definitely come!
Beautiful experience. The menu is explain to detail and food It’s absolutely delicious. I will certainly recommend this restaurant. You can tell they work really hard. They chef gets his products from local high quality places.
