Good statue. Close to the original.

Would have been 5 stars but the statue insisted I listened to him playing jazz clarinet for 3 hours
Exactly what it says it is, a statue of Woody Allen. The location marker is fairly accurate, but the statue itself is small and easy to miss at night or on a busy day. It's across the street from the park and in the middle of the pedestrian area, not in the park. It could use a little information to explain its presence for those not familiar with it.
Magical. It has been 85 days since we embarked on the Camino de Woody Allen, starting at the Jean Claude van Damme statue in Brussles. We walked. We camped. We cried. During the 1,455km expedition, we battled snow, rain, heat, and unfriendly farmers to make it to the famous statue and accept its powers. The myth is true. When you rub the feet of JCVD and the head of Woody Allen within three lunar cycles you are given near super powers of attraction and increased luck on slot machines. We almost gave up three times, but the spirit of Woody Allen came to us in a field outside of Bordeaux and told us to go on... and go on we did. It was an emotional ending and neither of us will ever been the same. Today I won 22 on a slot machine and will most likely meet the love of my life soon. Thank you Woody and Jean Claude. You have inspired us to be the best of men.
Intriguing to find Woody Allen in the streets of Oviedo. The statue could use a bit of maintanence but neverthless captured Woody's essence and his trademark sad frowning face. Be sure to find that film Woody made for Oviedo!
