Without an appointment (reservation system down) the wait times were 3 hours even if you arrive at opening time. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The whole inspection process doesn't take long once it's your turn. I highly suggest getting an appointment so that you don't waste your day.

La persona que me hizo la revisión ha sido muy agradable. Todo rápido y puntual. La próxima revisión, intentaré volver a esa estación de ITV. Algo en contra...la carretera de acceso en pésimo estado

Las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, el personal te atiende amablemente, sin embargo sugiero que ajusten un poco más los tiempos, me inspeccionaron mi vehículo con una hora de retraso, y falta destinar personal para organizar la zona de espera de coches, es un total desorden y se vuelve una anarquía. Los que llegan de último se meten al principio creyendo que van a pasar primero, y lo que terminan es trancando el paso de los que llaman en la pizarra.
