Lovely staff, gentle ambience, and great food and fresh juices. A little pricey, but hey, it’s an airport.

I went in for a “relaxing massage” for 15 minutes and it was excruciating. There was no consultation or response to my squirming when putting too much pressure for what I could handle throughout the massage. I just had a long travel to Jerusalem and was in the way home and was hoping for something very relaxing, but this was very painful. I also heard her snickering at some point during the massage. Not sure what that was about.

Good vegan wrap: tofu with sea algae, was quite small so i had to eat two. Prices high as usual for any airport. Only one vegan option. Ginger kombucha! Fruit smoothies freshly made.

6.50 euros for a natural smoothie and they give me the one they have on display. Not good! You don’t get a pre-made late at Starbucks. 6.50 euros por in licuado natural y me dan uno que ya está hecho.

This place save my day. I need a place to wash my hair I found this little but quality place here in the T4 in Barajas Airport. Svet amazing!!! Thanks for the awesome products. My hair is happy now.

I have no idea how they manage appointments because there are always people standing around, and they never have availability. Today I was told to come back in 40 minutes for a manicure; when I did, they said it would be another 30 minutes. In an airport! Guess what? I had a flight to catch so couldn't... This has happened a few times - I won't be trying again.
