Disrespectful staff that have rules in their head which are nowhere to be seen in print. For example: 1) you have to go inside and find a seller to say hi to them first to let them know you entered the store. (the staff complained to us that we didn't say hi to them when entering the store) 2) no cltoehs can be tried on unless you ask for their assistance and permission if it us allowed to try on a tank top in the fitting room. They don't have signs anywhere that says: please ask for assistance before attempting to try anything on! No signs! How can we know about this rule if it's not printed anywhere? 3) no white clothes can be tried on at all times. OK fine don't allow trying on white clothes but make sure you print this rule out, how are we suppose to know the specifics of your store?

The flagship. Great ship. Ask for sizes if you can't find it on the rails. You can sometimes find it cheaper online on 3rd party websites though

Great facade. Inside is much smaller than you would think based on the exterior. The layout was funky and fun. Selection seemed to scarce and they didn't have too much inventory despite being the true store. Can find a larger selection of Addicted at other specialty stores. Kind of sad.
