We had a great experience with Enterprise Plaza de España. Staff was amazingly kind and attentive, kudos for Almudena and her coworker (which name we didn’t get but she was amazing as well!). We booked a car type that was not available at the moment so we got an upgrade for a reduced fee. Everything was very fast and easy both picking up and dropping off the car. The car was sparkling clean and new! We drove a significant amount of kilometers and it was all good with the car at all times for over two weeks! We totally recommend it!

It's not the nicest location for an office but the staff are friendly, speak english, and are quick to get you on your way. The cars have always been in very good condition as well, and most importantly, I've never had any surprise charges.

The particularly good thing about this place was an employee, Sylvia Lopez, who was working and helped me out during the COVID-19 situation in May 2020. I dropped off the car in another location where my credit card was incorrectly billed by mistake. I called her and she answered on her day off. The mistake was corrected . Better service than that is hard to find.
