Needed our embassy’s help to bring my mom’s remains from Spain to the US. The embassy personnel were professional, caring, and acted expeditiously. They worked diligently with the funeral home in Spain to get all the necessary documents ready and thanks to them I felt stress free. Kudos to them

I've dealt with the Embassy in Madrid twice, once via email, and once when I had to renew my passport by mail. They were wonderful! My email response was the same day, and my new passport arrived just 14 days after I sent it. It is a pleasure dealing with a government agency that treats me like a customer.
