The senior male officer with initial \I\ was very kind and took over the job with a very good service. Temporary passport (SPLP) done only in 1,5 hours after my arrival. Amazing. Full of smiles, and giving homey chit-chat. He saved my day and my mood. (Apparently he worked as diplomat for more than 20 years already). I do recommend everyone to avoid the young officer guy (don't seat in the left side of the window) because he has zero smiles, impatient to answer my questions, and kinda rude. Go approach the senior officer right away. He is sitting in the right side of the window service. Cheers.

It did not look nice at all, and when events are held Its in tightly spaced with pretty pricey food and drinks for not much on your plate, obviously not one of the best embassys. But at some glances its spirits are lively.
It's is true: a home for all Indonesians in Spain. Very kind staff and helpful as well, be patient in case you need contact by phone, and try don't miss the annual Bazar Solidario: nice food, nice price and a bite of Indonesian culture during that weekend.

Very bad service!! I needed a Visa for Indonesia as I was going on holiday longer than 30 days. No clear information on the website, many times I called and they didn'tt answer the phone. When I called they didn't inform us right and fully. We sent paspoort, form, fotos, kopie fly ticket and reservations details of our first hotel in Indonesia. They didn't accept our reply from MRW because was missing things. We called to ask what was missing, they could not tell us!! They couldn't inform us what they need!! This information should be clear on the website. I write the embassy of Indonesia in Holland and they replied me perfectly with all the information very clear and replied quickly as well. This was perfect service! Why we cannot have this service here in Spain??? It can be so simple if we get correct information from the Ambassy of Indonesia in Spain.
