Trying to get a new passport from these guys after mine had been stolen was a nightmare. The redundancy in their process was infuriating and just embarrassing. Multiple times now I have been asked to send them more items for my application, things they could have told me to send from the start when I asked, or even the first time they asked for more. Now my application has been delayed and delayed and delayed because of whatever is wrong at this place that they could not manage to be clear and ask for everything they needed at any one point in time. Could be they just do not care, overload of work, incompetence, who knows. Seems they are fooling you when they say you can get a new passport in 1 month. That really does not seem possible with these guys.

Unfortunately some of our Canadian representatives abroad act unlike a typical polite Canadian. The lady with the long dark hair was rude and unhelpful. We pay taxes in Canada to have services abroad, and would hope to be met with professionalism.
