I loved the experience, I found it professional, enjoyable, safe and fun. Time flew by in the two hours of the intensivo de torno weekend.

Well equipped and friendly ceramics studio offering couses and workspaces. Patient teachers for beginners and plenty of support for the more advanced.
I've joined 4-days wheel throwing and 2-days hand building. I'm a beginner and I don't speak Spanish but these things weren't a problem at all! El Torn equals diversity, and our differences (levels, needs, goals..) were very well met. The teachers were great at instructing and guiding us during the process of creating our pieces. The wheel throwing class was really intense and is good if you want to focus on technical skills. The teachers had many tips and ideas for every student no matter his/her level. The hand building course was a real pleasure to join, and a good introduction to working with clay. In just one weekend, we were able to create very personalized and creative pieces with hand building techniques. Overall, I found El Torn as a professional organization; skilled teachers, good facilities, and well-organized courses. At last but not least, the environment is amazing. There's nothing like being creative while having fun and meeting new people! I highly recommend. Regards, Sara
