The place is fine, is located close to arc the triumph and has a terrace which is very crowded with people passing by. Price vs quality is fair (mind the bill i saw the drink cost to be 8 in the menu and I was charged 8.80 ) Maybe is because of the terrace service but isn’t mentioned in advance and is quite dishonest. The waitresses (females all of them) are nice kinda pushing for you to order when you haven’t even seated well. I would prefer to have at least time to see the menu and order with patience. Didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that.

The atmosphere is cozy and elegant at the same time. The food proposed are unique and their tastes are delicate by delicious. The quality is high and the pice quite low. I would definitely come back.

Best tapas in Barcelona! We enjoyed our dinner so much! The restaurant is fancy, modern and clean. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. But best of all is the food! Try the calamaris and tuna tartare, it’s the best! Oh and the cheese plate is also worth trying! We definitely will come back if we visit Barcelona again.

I would give 6 stars if I could. The food is a one star Michelin easily. We looked on Maps for good restaurants near our hotel and Elsa y Fred popped up. We went for dinner. And again for another dinner. And lunch. And lunch. We were just amazed at how they managed to produce such tasty food. The service was good. Not perfect but better than other Barcelona restaurants. If you are in Barcelona, don't miss this gem. I advise you to call and make a reservation. It's very hard to find a table in the evening at least
