A very disappointing experience. Poor service poor communications, poor management capability. Cancelled meetings at the last moment. We gave David two properties to manage and sell. After 3-4 months we learn by default he hasn't even collect the right keys from the tenant and could not have been showing the property as it's in a gated community. Nor have keys been given to the local Estste Agent. One very low offer recieved. We are convinced no viewing tool place and was probably can from a known contact looking for steal and one low offer to rent for 12 months when he had previously advised to sell and not let. We don't believe David visited the property in 3 months. If so he would have known he did not have the community gate key. The other property was uninhabited and the same fate occurred lack of management and checks resulted in a squatter getting in. We know this can happen but no attempt by David to establish who they were or if any damage was done or if they could be amicably moved on. I flew to Alicante and the matter was resolved within 24 hrs as was the termination of 360Alicante services. I still don't have the correct keys from them but having contacted the old tenant who advised they still have them. We have arranged collection ourselves. When confronted he passes the blame back to you...
