Nice place to visit and see donkeys but beware it shuts at 3pm and there’s very limited refreshments facilities on site.

We book the Experience through AirBnB and had a Wonderfull time with the host and the Donkeys. They showed us mainly the good things but didn't left out the bad thing without getting too emotional. They are not only a refuge but also they fight for donkey/animal rights and even won some law cases. They get things to change. They know every of there Donkey's by name and know exactly wich food they need and what their backstory is. I think this refuge is the Paradise on earth for every living Donkey. Hope to see you soon again.

If you need an afternoon out, or like animals, this is the place to visit. Donkeys are so humble and help you realize you should be happier. Been a few times and the site has grown with more staff to help. They need your visit more than another tourist shop full of junk.
