- Had to tick a paper form instead of just talking to the person at the till (who just looked at me while I was ticking the paper form that she instructed me to tick - When I was called to take my order I handed in the vibrating element To a lady to took it and left - nobody told me which one was my order so I needed to stay around until somebody came to help me - they give you the food in a tiny cardboard box which gets extremely hot and it also leaks! The cardboard box is not wide,m enough to make the pipping hot food to cool down a little bit to make it edible

Terrible service. I received 1 meal instead of 2 and then need to wait next 10min. The wok was leaking with teriaki sauce straight on my shirt. Food tastes fine but still 1 star
If you are travelling from Barcelona Airport and have less than an hour before you flight , DON'T try to eat here! The concept of custom made Noodle Box may be good but the execution is quite hopeless and you'll risk missing your flight! We walked in a good hour before our flight. Only a short queue ( 3 customers ) but the two staff members taking orders were SO slow , that it took 20 minutes to take just 3 orders! The chef behind the scenes was fumbling to assemble cardboard boxes , assemble individual ingredient choices and finally cook in a single wok - waiting time a minimum of 20 more minutes! No good at all in an airport departure lounge where Speedy efficiency is paramount.
Don't go here! Horrible experience. Rude staff that don't speak english, horrible system of ordering (our \buzzer\ vibrated the whole 25 minutes waiting time even if the food was not ready), slow line, takes a long time to get the food. Over salted wok with a lot of oil. Stay away.
Good example how to complicate simple thing. The food order need to be done on a paper. Only one pen that is attached to the front desk. So you wait in line and then they ask you to fill a paper. Workers dont speak english. The actual food was good but you are so annoyed already when you get it, that it wont matter anymore.
