They have a very good assortment of plants and the prices are great. I really appreciated the guidance and service of the team when I went to pickup my order. They were helpful and very kind :).
I am very unhappy with El Nou's service. I ordered my plants in late April and have heard nothing from them. I have emailed them many times and have not received a response. Very frustrated! UPDATE - I finally received a call from the El Nou and my order was received 3 days later! The young lady on the phone was very helpful and apologetic. Most importantly, the plants were in excellent condition and much larger than I expected for the price. I am going to assume the delays were covid related and I am changing my rating to a 4 because of the quality of the plants I received!
My delivery took two weeks to arrive but that’s entirely understandable given the current covid situation. All my plants arrived in excellent shape with friendly delivery.
Good communication and service. Really happy with the plants I ordered.
