I've been shopping there for many years and have always encountered friendly staff. The quality of the clothing is excellent and there are many brands to choose from.
Wanted to buy a bicycle there today, but wasn't be able to, because there was no stuff attending me (I was looking for staff for ages). I also was in the pharmacy wanted to buy a product (from Clean &Clear or Clearasil, but they don't have none of those!), but the staff, two young women, were not interested either in helping me. El Corte Inglés, \Big name\ , but honestly, I don't know why. Very bad customer service. You find friendlier staff in any supermarket in Spain but there! PS: I found a similar product I was looking for in the pharmacy at \Dealz\ in Av del Port, really, that says it all, that a Poundland shop has the product I was not be able to find at El Corte Inglés, and two young women working there made jokes and laughing at me because they thought I wouldn't understand them, really sad. Overall rating because of the combination of today's negative experiences can only be: Negative/Disgustingly and Terribly Bad! El Corte Inglés? Definitely not that soon again, I must think over today's disgusting experience!
Great department store! Has everything you need including a great supermarket! We forgot a sun hat and found this place walking the river bed. It was brilliant and had so many great brands and products. Also came back for the supermarket which has so many awesome items. Wish we had this in the UK.
