Today, my new view of this shop. I bought a new bike on Monday, so pleased and the guy was very pleasant. On Wednesday the back tyre was flat, so I put air into it. On Friday it was flat again. I checked the tyre for a puncture, no nothing, so I presumed the seal was not good or the valve. Friday I returned to Corte Inglés with the bike, explaining what was happening. He told me that there must be a small puncture which I did not agree with, but left it there to be checked. He told me it would be ready the next day, in the afternoon. I walk back, which takes me 30 minutes or more, to stand waiting for 25 minutes for someone serve me, asking twice the other staff for assistance, whom where not helpful. Eventually I spoke to a gentleman in a suit, he went to get another gentleman to assist. Yes, great, breathe, sorted !!!! Or NOT. There was no evidence of my bike, no mechanic to help and he had no clue when, where there would be anyone to assist with this. Came away with NO bike and no helpful advice. Absolutely disgusting. Where is your helpful, customer service. \Possibly\ only available when you are spending money. I spend an absolute fortune in your shop, I will certainly think again when require future products.
