The only thing warm about this bar was the temperature inside. Bartender and manager/owner? were not the least bit friendly. Did we look like aliens?

Very bad! We arrived and asked for menu and the server/owner said no English! I asked if he can tell me what type of drinks he has or cocktails and he just pointed on the bottles behind the bar lol!
