Beautiful historical landmark. The houses themselves added to the natural landscape offer a good reason to visit this place. It's interesting to see how this island developed and lived during the period that it has been populated, how people seemed to have rediscovered tools and utilities necessary for living. Only remark would be the guiding. We paid a tourist price and yet there's not guiding in english, not even a slightly attention to trying to make it slower in spanish or at least trying to explain a bit in english, the basics. So, it seemed we could have as easily do the tour on our own with a printed paper in english. We were a group of 5 tourists, there should be some english offer. Otherwise, the place is worth the time if it's something you're curious about.

We were given 45 mins or so to go see the old houses by ourselves, before a guided tour of the volcanic bubble and the lagartario. The staff are very knowledgeable, would recommend calling ahead to know what time the tours are

All you can see are 4 Lizards behind a glass window and some old stone houses. Not what I have expected. For 9,50 absolutely disappointing and overpriced.

Interesting place combining tour of lava tubes, a breeding site for giant lizards (don't expect monsters they're about 2 foot long!) and a set of houses showing how people lived in the area from the 16th century to the middle of the last one. Spoken commentary in Spanish but enough handouts/posters in other languages to make sense of it all. Nice setting .. enjoyed a couple of hours there.

It is not worth it you pay 9,5 for seen a 20 meters cave, the little town and the lagartario, I think it is too expensive. Everything is very well explained by the guide, really good job, but again..... too expensive for what it is.
