I had the opportunity to join the Posgraduate Course in HR in 2017 and the experiencie exceeded all my expectations. The methodology used in class was very helpful and the level of learning was very high.
After 10 years in corporate and 4-5 in Human Resources, I've taken the HR Business Partner programme and it was amazing. We've learnt that organisations are experiencing how the HR function it’s evolving towards creating a closer bond with the other business areas and, to impulse that relationship, we have learnt how to cultivate a diverse set of competences, how to position ourselves within the organisation and how to become an active change lead and culture champion - all of this in the direction of being a collaborative internal consultant. In parallel, I've also taken the Zen Business or Holistic Management Programme, taught by an inspiring Josep M. Coll, who shares with us a fresher vision on how we can create profitable business models based on passion, sustainability and a harmony between: Leadership, Stakeholders, Marketing & Innovation, Finance and Brand & Corporate Culture. A positive outlook moving us from current to future business states.
