Do not use this company. My brother, his wife and children stayed at a 4 bedroom detached villa in Playa Flamenca VILLA V101 in July, rented from D&S Property Services. Warning signs started when straight after they'd paid their deposit, the villa was removed from the website. When they questioned why it was removed, were told bluntly 'it's fine', but were never given a reason. Now they know the reason - they must've had so many complaints previously from other people, that they had to take it off, but were still willing to rent it out to unsuspecting families. The whole villa was infested with cockroaches, so much so, that they had to go out as much as possible and didn't even trust eating in the villa, as cockroaches all over the kitchen, in the bedrooms - walls, ceilings, bathrooms etc. The pool was only usable on the first two days. The pump didn't work and after two days it became so filthy and slimy it didn't look safe to go in. Even all the pool floats were covered in green slime by the third day. Queried it with the man who checks the pool, who admitted he'd never seen a pool that bad and said D&S knew the pump was broken. My brother and his family really disappointed, as it was un-usable. The 'sofa' in the lounge was disgusting - it didn't even look like a sofa, looked like it had been pulled out of an old car. Even one of the 'seats' at the back were missing, which meant all four of them couldn't sit on it at once. It was so filthy, they didn't even like touching it. The ends of the 'sofa' were made up of solid hard wood, covered in a thin material, so they kept banging their arms and legs on it. They tried to make an official complaint to them on returning home and sent a recorded delivery letter - which they ignored, sent the same letter via email, it was also ignored. Solicitors are now dealing with it. Do not use this company - unless you want a horrible holiday.
