I stayed here the start of January with my husband . We had a very relaxing time here, all the staff were really nice and so helpful. The room was lovely and kept clean every day and the beds a so comfortable. We were all inclusive so we ate here most of the time, we found that we enjoyed breakfast and lunch more than dinner as I think the selection could have been a little better for dinner . The entertainment was great especially a singer from South Africa she had the most amazing voice. The entertainment team were great to get people involved in the games and sports day and night. Thanks for a great holiday

Obviously not a brand new hotel but overall state is good. Offers Very good customer service. I would recommend to avoid taking a bedroom without the "deluxe" option that allows you to go in the best restaurant (volcano) and grant you free access to spa and indoor pool. They're really eager to help and have a "customer service team" dedicated to helping you. Very good.
This is one of the the best holidays we have spent. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Entertainment every night which is brilliant. Good rooms and good food. It is a 2 minute stroll to the beach. We love it.
Great hotel, the staff are very nice and everything is very clean. Lots to do, good food and an excellent location. Thank you!!
Stayed for a week 29/9 to 6/10 2019.Enjoyed stay at hotel.Staff friendly and efficient.Food in both restaurants was good and varied.I dont think it's quite a 4 star maybe a 3.5 star if that's possible?Room we had was at end of east wing facing the marina.Great views of sea and marina but one thing is that there was a construction site about 300mts from balcony and the machines which were breaking rock were starting up at 7.30 to 8am during the week till around 4pm.I would say it didn't really bother as we weren't on the balcony for long periods. The safe in the room costs 21 Euros which is a bit of a pain but there is a fridge and kettle supplied. The reception area looked good and very clean but I think you could smell the chlorine from the indoor pool as you entered the hotel and the area was not air conditioned.Outside the pool areas are kept clean and tidy. The deluxe areas outside looked a bit out of place with the roped off section.I was happy with the standard areas.Overall a good stay and I would come back but would stay clear of the construction site side.
Lovely hotel, great location right on the seafront. Lovely sandy beach just in front of the hotel. We enjoyed wonderful swims in clear blue seas every day of our week long holiday in December. If the sea is not to your liking the hotel boasts 5 swimming pools with an outdoor heated pool, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. We were staying half board in a double room with a sea view, lovely super king size bed. Breakfast which we enjoyed outdoors was a buffet with every conceivable choice available, smoothies, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled, boiled, fried eggs, pancakes, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and an array of breads, juices, teas and coffees. Dinner was also a buffet but with a chef on duty grilling meat and fish to order. Unbelievable choice and the sweet trolley was to die for! Fabulous prawns as well. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful with a smile and a hello whenever they passed you. Great location with lovely walks along the seafront to the marina and the town. My only negative was there was no tea/coffee available in the room which was both surprising and disappointing in a hotel of this standard. We had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay Thank you Hotel Hesperia we will be back!
What a great place the atmosphere is second to none
