The tour is very good. But there is a driver that treated us VERY badly on the 5 pm tour on Sunday, September 1st with bus license plate 6565HFV (he refused to tell us his name). There was a problem with another tourist, and the driver decided he didn’t want to let us on and told us to go get our money back. Yet, he let the other tourist on. We don’t understand why one party couldn’t and one party could if we were both involved in the problem (the other party spoke French and we spoke Spanish). The bus tour company didn’t want to give us our money back, so we demanded to be let on the bus, but to do this we had to prove that we were not at fault. The customer service was terrible. The only way we were let on the bus was because another woman working listened to us and advocated on our behalf (thank you). Other than that we had a good experience, but it was opaqued by this occurrence. We will never use this service again and we caution other to think twice before using it.

Best way to get around and see the sights, getting off when ever you like. Bought the tickets online and showed driver the emailed voucher with no problem, despite the web site saying that you need a paper ticket (bit difficult when traveling without a printer!).

We bought online the ticket, we get false info about the nearest bus stops by email.. but I download the app and we watched the bus, went 2 rounds, the bus without windows on the side is much better than the other one.

Le fameux bus touristique pour visiter une ville est une valeur sûre. La meilleure portion était lorsque nous avons longé la somptueuse plage de la concha! Visite aidée par les explications dans les écouteurs fournis et gratuits. On s'aperçoit quand même que c'est une super ville et qui bouge pas mal!

Una estación de trenes en condiciones como cualquiera que sea de una ciudad mediana-grande. Tienes tiendas de comida y prensa y alguna que otra cosa más. Lo mejor para nosotros que íbamos en familia con niña y un bebe y cargados de equipajes y carritos es que al pedir nos han ayudado y facilitado el acceso rapido, fácil y con interés por parte de la persona de seguridad y de la ventanilla.
