Wow wow wow!!! Almost beyond words! The most impressive cocktail experience I have seen. Infusions and essences to match or highlight the qualities of each gin. Let the staff (who speak english) guide you to your best gin tonic ever. Try a gin you never had and see it brought to life before your eyes by a master mixologist!

Why do you need a cocktail menu when you can create your own? A very nice cocktail bar known for its Gins from around the world. They also serve non gin based cocktails. They make them in front of you and it's a bit of a show. :) Not cheap (by Spanish standards - we paid 11 Euro for each cocktail) but worth it - outstanding service and delicious drinks.

Great cocktails. I can recommend the Amaretto sour I tried last time. Service is fast and the location is great.

If you are a a fan of finely made gin and tonics or up to a cocktail around gros, you definitely should visit the Gintoneria. They have a remarkable cocktail menu, all of them expertly mixed by the barmen, but G&T is the star of the show. They have an ample selection of different gin brands and they have the perfect combination for all of them. The staff is greatly knowledgeable and they will explain to you all the different ingredients and techniques they use and are open for questions about the process patiently. And reasonably priced too!

The best gin and tonic I’ve ever tasted. Not sure if the bartenders name but he was super delightful and explained the content of the drink. I had a Nordes and it had notes of eucalyptus, rosehip, bay leaf, mint and so much robustness. He used dry ice to create a cool smoke and allowed ingredients like bay leaves, grapes, and some other exotic ingredients that permeated the drink. The Nordes turned out to be super delish! It tastes like perfume on a bed of cube ice and floating grapes and blueberries. This was great! I’m glad I didn’t go for the cosmopolitan I was going to order. Once I saw the first drink made, I knew I had to try one as well. Come here for some good gin and tonic!
