I started training at Do Yang Sal as a feminist act. Women are considered to be more vulnerable, physically, but why? We just need to train and learn techniques to be and feel strong and able to defend ourselves if necessary. In addition it is a great way to exercise, and to improve balance and coordination. Fantastic teachers and loads of fun! Highly recommendable.

Anytime I travel I always try to find a place to train. This place truly is a home away from home. 1. Great community 2. Great location 3. Great training Take it from a person who has traveled around the world and has trained martial arts for close to 20 years. You would be hard pressed to find a place better than this Joseph

Master Salvador is an exceptional teacher and instructor. He is a master in several arts and his expertise is quite evident. But he is also particularly skilled in helping students understand how to bring all the arts he teaches together, though I am most familiar with his instruction in FMA and Hapkido. As you would expect, his other instructors follow his example. His students are energetic, dedicated, loyal and very welcoming, which says much about Master Salvador. His students help make even a stranger feel at home and comfortable. If you are looking for an incredible teacher and the most welcoming and gracious community to train with, you have found it.
