The boxing zone is good. Downside is they advertise to be open until a certain time but kick you out sometimes 30 minutes before. I live round the corner so it's not like I need to go to the locker room so this is a downer for me especially since I'm used to 24 hour gyms. There's a young man who speaks very good English who works behind the counter who has always given really exceptional service always kind and friendly

Very nice gym and staff on reception are super friendly. The gym and changing rooms are clean. It was a bit difficult finding plates two deadlift as they have a functional area and a weights area, but they don’t mind you taking the bars to the other room. There is only one squat rack but the members are happy to share.
They have good facilities. This club is great for college aged students and twenty-something professionals. It's not the best place for families.
I will start with the negative and then say the positive. Negative: It is small, if you go in the afternoon it is ALWAYS PACKED and there are classes everywhere so it is nearly impossible to do anything unless you can grab a cardio machine. In my opinion, it is quite hot and the locker room (ladies) smells bad. Positive: I am not sure if there is new Management, but I had an issue recently with my membership and we were treated VERY well by two gentlemen (one was Jordi and I do not remember the name of the other one). I also witnessed an incident with an older gentlman (upset for some reason) and the Manager handled the situation very well. This recent experience (both mine and the one I witnessed) is the main reason I decided to stay at the gym. Keep up the good work!
