Incompetant people. Who seems to be the owner of the shop doesnt even know where is the botton of the printer on his desktop, and need help for each thing... Making you order, and when you comeback pick up your things, they tell you they wasnt able to do it (no paper,..). Don't expect they going to email or call you if problems with your work.
