The jet ski experience was far bellow our expectations. Service culture and offering was not as well described in the offering. You end up following an instructor that doesn't give you any freedom, flexibility, stating that this is for safety, which was not founded at all. Foreigners get treated very badly and unfriendly. We would not recommend this place for anyone going forward.

The guy in the reception is so unkind that it feels like they make us a favor to use their service. Like we were bothering him, didn’t answer our question ( that were absolutely legitimate) and in the end he kicked us out of the place!! We are still shocked some people better not work in giving service.

We went kayaking in the bay for half a day and on another day went on the boat& snorkeling experience. In both cases the staff was very nice and helpful and the experience was fantastic. We will happily return next time we are on the island!

Horrible service stay away from this horrible place !!! We wanted to have some information about the diving trip and the guy didn’t want to do his job or explain us about the trip he got nervous about my questions and only wanted us to pay and leave. After 3 minutes of discussion he got nuts and told us to get out that he has no powers for us and nothing to offer us. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. They only care about your money and nothing about your experience.

Fantastic adventure! Well organized. Te surroundings are beautiful. Absolutely a great way to spend a day. The staff were awesome.

We were 10 in boat, which was perfect, but...The boat driver was rude, impatient, gave no advice on where To snorkel . Fortunately our mates were very nice and the lands capes amazing. No good service at all even while waiting for departure...
