Fantastic tapas, paired with high quality wines, vermouths and other aperitifs. At 1.3 for a glass of the best vermouth I've had yet (and I've been searching hard) and only 1 per glass of Ribera or Akolito wine, I recommend for a stop of decadence and quality. We order a couple pintxos (ex: cama de sardines 2.9; tangy and delicious sardine with cheese, caramelised onion and oil) and a couple cheeses. and they were all top quality. The Payoyo Andazul served may have been the best blue cheese I've ever had in my life. This feels like the first authentic experience I've had since coming to Spain a month and a half ago. The service was unmatched. Though we don't speak Spanish and the owner and his wife didn't speak any English, they went above and beyond helping us to feel welcomed – even bringing out their personal tablet to show us their menu through google translate. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for something off of the tourist strip.
