If you want a simple quote you have to be a member, I don't want membership where I have reveal a mass of details, almost down to the colour of underpants,to much ducking and diving to get you roped in to something you dont want or need .

I telephoned the office to open an account and was greeted by Sherry. All I can say is she was bright and cheerful and could not have been more helpful. With help like that it makes you want to do business with them. Keep up the good work. As an aside the exchange rate they offered was better than the company I have been using , so that’s another reason I will move my business to them.

Went with a friend who wanted to exchange some pounds into Euros . They were both offhand and unfriendly. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you don’t like dealing with people ! Go somewhere else!
