So first of all, I arrive 20min before the shop is supposed to be closed, and the shop is already locked and closed? I decide to wait until 16h30 when it re-opens, and when I came backI found myself waiting with another lady untill 5h00 until the store keeper finally arrived. Already not professional at all, the lady spoke about 2 words of english and did not greet anyone correctly. This is a Luxury shop? You should treat clients the same way as the shops from the designers that you represent. The prices were ridiculous, and not the same as on their website, much more expensive. I found a nice LV basic alma purse, the store keeper first told me it was brand new, I check and the bag is dirty, super scratched and even had a hair clip forgotten inside, and on top of everything it was missing the key..... I asked her if the bag was negociable,she called her boss, I asked her a question while she was talking to her boss and she slapped my hand! Insanity, never have I ever seen this.. She then said sorry and that she was stressed but still.. not acceptable. She refused to give me a better price, the bag was 800 in her store, used and dirty, and at the LV store same bag was 1k? Why would I go for an old used, dirty LV basic alma bag without the original paper work or anything for 800eur when I can add barely 200and have a brand new one without any dirt or signs of wear and get a nice service and treatment. One of the worst consignment stores ive been to, she also did not know anything about designer items which is sad.. Do not waste your time in this over price second hand store. I Have no idea how they can still be open..

Un lugar cómodo, limpio, y acogedor. Pocas tiendas hoy en día se ven así de bien tratadas. Buena atención y trato con el cliente, sobre todo he visto que se busca la comodidad del consumidor ante todo. Se nota la experiencia y la profesionalidad del personal que trabaja y una buena imagen que eso es lo que importa. Productos en buen estado!, cuidados, limpios y organizados. Hablaría a cualquiera muy bien de esta tienda, Sublime. No dudéis en ir chicxs..
Trato perfecto, encantador Diego, precios muy correctos y piezas que son verdaderamente joyas. Ropa vintage autentica de lujo. Mi tienda favorita de Barcelona.
No son fiables. No merece la pena. Lo que parece barato sale caro. No dan duros a cuatro pesetas. Mucho cuidado.
