My experience with Enrico Iacoviello, who is the owner of Costa Blanca Furniture Assembly, and who carries out the work, is the worst I have ever had with a tradesman in my life. He is unorganised, a poor communicator, an appalling time-keeper and his carpentry work is of amateur quality. He took more than six weeks to fit a kitchen that should have taken four days, and nothing is straight or level. Six weeks after we paid him for the work, he still has not provided us with a copy of the Ikea receipt, so we have no guarantee for anything that has been installed. We contracted him because we thought he was a professional carpenter, and he would save us stress and hassle. We were completely wrong on both counts. If you want a quality job, avoid this business. Mi experiencia con Enrico Iacoviello, quien es el propietario del Ensamblaje de Muebles de la Costa Blanca y quien lleva a cabo el trabajo, es la peor que he tenido con un comerciante en mi vida. No está organizado, es un mal comunicador, es un cronometrador pésimo y su trabajo de carpintería es de calidad amateur. Tardó más de seis semanas en instalar una cocina que debería haber tomado cuatro días, y nada es recto o nivelado. Seis semanas después de que le pagamos por el trabajo, todavía no nos ha proporcionado una copia del recibo de Ikea, por lo que no tenemos garantía de nada de lo que se ha instalado. Lo contratamos porque pensamos que era un carpintero profesional, y nos ahorraría estrés y molestias. Estábamos completamente equivocados en ambos aspectos. This is the reality of Costa Blanca furniture assembly. This is the work he delivered, it is not finished and the frame is cracked. The cabinets are fitted crooked and the seams don’t line up. Once he is paid he does not show up any more.
Enrico was very professional and finished the fitting of the kitchen on the agreed date. 100% recommendable
We had contracted costa Blanca furniture assembly to make an outdoor BBQ. We had all the confidence in it. The BBQ is not ready as agreed after 2 months, not ready at all !! You will not get what you pay for with this company, complaints will not be resolved. We have paid for a refrigerator that is not supplied. And also will not fit into these BBQ dimensions. This man promises the world, but does not keep his promises . Once you have paid, he will not finish his work. The work is bad: it has cracks and holes and it is crooked, it is not complete. Watch out with this man! You are being scammed. despite the nice pictures of our BBQ on his Facebook, the reality is totally the opposite. We tried to resolve it with him, but he cannot be reached. La barbacoa no está lista como se acordó después de 2 meses, ¡no está lista para nada! No obtendrá lo que paga con esta empresa, las quejas no se resolverán. Hemos pagado un refrigerador que no se suministra. Y tampoco encajará en estas dimensiones de barbacoa. Este hombre promete al mundo, pero no cumple sus promesas.
