Different for Bilbao but it would not stuck up in other markets with wider (and tastier) vegetarian offer. Great concept developed with excellent marketing and menu range. However, when met with actual product, there is no real substance to live to the hype. Or justify the price. Lots of cool juices but only the O.J. fresh, poor food (I had to reread the menu to double check my dish was right given the lack of resemblance to the description). Service levels left much to be desired too. Despite the best efforts of the waitress, being the only one taking care of all the tables meant waiting as long to pay as to have the meal. It may work for long meals but not what you are after on a quick lunch. To top it up, when I off I went to pay directly, the manager went to my table and wrongly assumed I had left and discharged my bags... and that wasn’t the worse, but the unapologetic attitude. Instead of helping the waitress to take care of the customers, the rush was to free space for new customers. It also speaks volumes for their (lack of) environmental friendliness. Working with fresh produce, I had been meaning to go for a while and I really wanted to like it but I walked out really disappointed.

Nice atmosphere. Super friendly staff. I had a duck teriyaki sandwich (8) and it was very tasty. Free WiFi. Slightly pricey but if you spend a couple hours it’s not bad.

Nice place vis a vis the Bilbao Museum of Fine Art, near the Guggenheim, for a typical breakfast in bask style. Tasty croissants and wonderful toastadas, great coffee. Familiar atmosphere and kind staff. Recommended very much.
We had a tasty and well-priced vegan lunch here, and our little dog was welcome inside.
