We spent 2 hours at the embassy together a passport for our son. After 1 hour, they realised that we actually haven't been assigned to a clerk yet. Plus,even in times of Covi, they only take cash payments.

O novo número de atendimento telefónico (910770281) tem problemas técnicos. O volume de audio das mensagens iniciais de seleção é extremamente baixo, a musica de espera soa totalmente distorcida e a conversa com o operador é dificil devido ao elevado delay da linha. Patético

muy agradecido por el atendimento, cada vez que he ido ( 7 veces), ha sido excelente la atención recibida e la información, los procesos de pasaporte y cartão de cidadão son realmente rápidos tomando en cuenta que no nos encontramos en Portugal.( recuerden los funcionarios que trabajan alli no son responsables de nuestras malas situaciones o problemas personales, no llevar actitud negativa ni rabia para el consulado) GRACIAS
