They are good but they need to improve by speaking English because customers cannot speak Spanish to be attained very well

Very disappointing. We placed on order for a computer desk in mid-June and were told it was a two month wait. Seemed a little excessive but we really liked the desk. Two months later we hadn't heard anything, so we emailed for an update only to be given a very non-committal reply. We decided to go to the store to investigate. A staff member told us there was a possibility of getting one transferred over from Sagunto and said she'd call us back later that day. 24 hours later and no call, so we went back to the store again. Another staff member then informed us that the desk in Sagunto was now sold, and that the best he could do would be to call us back on Monday or Tuesday with an answer as to whether he could find another one close-by. So after two months of waiting the best they could offer was a non-committal phone call with no guarantees. We cancelled the order then and there, went to Ikea the next day and saved ourselves about 50 euro. Overall, the lack of communication was the determining factor. If you say you're going to call someone back, do it.

I found the shop boring. Everything in conforama can be found in other shops in castellon. As its a brand new store i expected to be impressed, but im afraid not. I wont be visiting there again. No originality. Very disapointed .
