Really bad customer service and indecent sales skills. We bought an Opel. During the sales process the salesman (even if pushy) was answering quickly at our question. Since the moment we paid it was a disaster. Delay in replying, wrong information, delay for the delivery. We got an appointment to pick the car up and once there, the same salesperson said that he was not ready since we arrived earlier (lying) and he just handed up us to another salesman who was not properly informed. The documentation of the car was not ready and even worst the parking sensors not installed as agreed during the negotiation process. The car delivery was delayed of one month. And you know what: when we went to pick up it, the parking sensors were not properly installed. So we had to come back again in the afternoon. If you are looking for an example of bad customer care than you are in the right place!
