What a wonderful experience! I found this gem of a shop online, whilst looking for one of my grail watches, Jaquet Droz Grande Seconde in white gold. They had a nice example and Francesco patiently talked me through everything, explaining the issues. Really the only issues were that the box was scruffy after nearly 20 years and a minor regulation was required, which was fixed and included in the price. He used WhatsApp video to introduce me to the shop and watchmaker online and didn't want any payment until work was done. When paid, the item was shipped and arrived within 20 hours via insured DHL properly packaged. A great experience from start to finish, I'm very grateful and will be back for sure!
