Archaeological ruins of an old Roman city on the outskirts of Henares de Alcalá. An easy walk from the city center and entrance was free when I was there.

The ancient ruins of the original settlement of Complutem. Worth a look - free entry - although no guided tour while we were here in August you can learn a lot from the signs which are in both English and Spanish.
