Good courteous and helpful service for tourists that have been robbed. This is the correct place to go if you're a tourist and you have something stolen in the street in central Barcelona. I had a bag stolen at Starbucks passport stolen computer etc and needed a report for the insurance and this was the right place . They have an interpreter available until 8pm the sign says but I'm not sure of language . The Police staff I spoke to all spoke good English

All the officers (inside and out) were super friendly and helpful. I had my bag stolen at the train station last night, I came into the police station to report it at 9:30am this morning and to my surprise I didn't have to wait long at all. I had a report written up by 11am. I read a lot of bad review for the police station near Glories. So glad I came here instead!
