I recently visited Clinica Eguren Dermatology and I would like to commend them on the quality of service. Attending Doctor Eguren was very helpful and considerate of my particular case. I was glad she spoke an impeccable English as my Spanish is not good. I was a little apprehensive due to the possible language barrier at first,however this was not the case at all....after a complete diagnoses I was more than grateful to have chosen her services as my problem was promptly resolved... Amazing staff courteous and professional attention given...highly recommended ... Thanks Clinica Eguren Dermatologia.

Please educate yourself before going to any clinic and trusting these people. first off...i went.for a chemical peel... The lady had to bring another \specialist\ to discuss the best treatment and I could hear them discussing outside the door how to apply the peeling and what other products to offer me. When the lady brought in the unit i noticed it was used and dirty and she admitted it was used for someone else before. The brush that came with the unit was filthy and it was obvious that they are trying to partition the creams into 4 treatments instead of the inteneded 2 as per the instruction. They also tried to sell me another peel for the next day and 2 cleansers and 2 creams. Needless to say...I didnt do the treatment after seeing the dirty brush and seeing how they dont use the proper ratio of products as per instructions of the box.

My experience with Dr. Eguren was great! She found the best solution for my skin problem fast, her treatment was very effective ; in fact, my skin has never been so clear like after her acne treatment. I can only recommend her!

What a difference a good doctor makes! She takes all the time she needs with you; she listens, explains all your options in a way in which you know are well looked after. Raúl is also very approachable. I have tried half a dozen dermatologists in Madrid and this is the one I like best.
