I always find the service good here, not excellent or over friendly but quite efficient. The ladies on the second floor for paediatrics and the foot doctor are always excellent and very efficient and polite,

Rang them to make an appointment and asked about the cost. I was told per consultation is 55 euro however when i turned up they told me is 60 instead of 55. The difference of 5 euro is nothing but the principle here is that they lied on the phone and said we never have such fee in a very rude manner! This was it. This is going to be my first and my last! The service was not nice at all, the doctor gives a miserable look and not happy with his job! honestly for that money i would prefer to give it to a homeless person at least i will make him happy!
Not once in 5 years being at this clinic have I had an appointment on time.. I'm 39 weeks & 5 days pregnant, had an appointment for monitors at 7pm.. they called at 4pm to change it for 5pm.. waited 35 minutes until they put me in the room and said someone would be in very soon. 17:45 still not been seen to. Useless and no one even apologises
Good Doctors, bad staff. I was there this week and my doctor was great but then you could hear the receptionists and other staff members complaining about the doctors in front of us. Total lack of professionalism. And these same staff member are rude most of the time
