Needs to offer more. Great City wish I had more time to see the other museums. An amazing period in modern history and this could have given a better show of the situation faced by the civial population. Still worth a visit.

Not a big museum but an amazing experience non the less.

It is a tour of a bomb shelter from the Spanish Civil War in the 1930s. It was incredibly effective at capturing just a portion of what the civilians of Cartagena experienced. A "must see"

What an informative experience. All about Cartagena during the civil war, the bombings of the city by German and Italian aeroplanes and the shelters built in the hills surrounding that protected the population and the refugees from other areas. There are first hand video stories from children of the time (now elderly). I'd definitely recommend the audio guide, different languages available, as it explains much more than the exhibits. The bus turisto drops off and picks up there for Concepcion and the panoramic lift also.
