Yesterday I had a log burning stove and new outside chimney fitted. I have been very pleased with their friendly attitude, from my first discussion with Eva in the shop, with her ongoing updates regarding installation date etc, to the two workmen yesterday, who were very knowledgeable, and worked very well together. It will be a cosy winter !

I have had a fire fitted. It has a big fault, which has been recognised by Eva. However I have no response, no one will answer calls, respond to emails, no one will repair the fault. Hi Stephen, I am sorry to hear that. I have spoken with the installers and they say that the only reason for the fans not to work in a new fire its because a connection is disconnected. Maybe it was loose from the factory in the first time and during the transport it has finally disconnects. They will inspect all the connections and test the fans, they will also take with them 2 new fans and a new cables just in case any piece needs to be replaced. Many thanks and apologies again. Eva. Eva has not been available by phone for the past week. No one is available from this company, by email, or by phone. They started off very professional. Since I made full payment and since I reported the fault, I have heard nothing. I have left emails and messages for the last 8 days. I did not know you were in hospital all last week. I also did not know that in your absence all works stop from your company and all communication to your office is ignored. I made some phone calls again to your office this morning. No answer, I had no alternative but to travel to your office and speak to you direct, to make an apointment to repair the fire. I also asked for a receipt, I paid just under 2,000 euros, but over 2 weeks later I have no receipt. You told me today 02.12.19 you could not provide me a receipt, despite paying you in full 2 weeks past. You have my nie number, so I expect a receipt today please. You told me you had a bad headache, I am sorry for this. Now I only ask for this to be resolved a receipt for works done 29.11.19. A repair of the fault of the fireplace which you tell me will happen 4.12.19.
